Rei's COMMISSION

Requesting for a commercial use commission means: you intend to reproduce the artwork and earn money from it. That includes: putting the artwork on shirts, packaging, mugs, and other items you will mass produce; or making the artwork as part of your brand.

Prices are subject to change based on demand. Please note that requesting for a commercial use commission costs more, because you are obtaining the full rights to the artwork.

Artist has the right to refuse any commission that felt uncomfortable for any reason.

Any kinds of rude behaviour will not be tolerated.

Every steps of progress files will be watermarked.

Full resolution (350 dpi) of the final artwork without signature/watermark, on various canvas size. If you want a specific size, please do tell me upfront.

File format will be in JPG with very simple background (unless you specifically request no background at all), and PNG with transparent background.

The original working files in .clip format will be provided.

Please note that there is no physical product.

For international commission, all payments are in USD and processed via PayPal.

For local Indonesian commission, all payments are in IDR and processed via bank transfer.

There is an initial, non-refundable payment of 50% that is required upfront. Final artwork files will be delivered after completion of the rest of the payment.

DO NOT send me any payment before I have requested you to send me the payment.

Refunds issued only before I start, or if I can't complete the commission.

Please provide both picture and description references of your character(s).

** Picture** references include close up, side and/or back figures.

It also must include pose, outfit, and/or particular color you desire.

Description references are for expression and personality to help me understanding the character(s).

Color scheme is needed if you want it specifically.

I will update you for every steps of progress: sketch, lineart, and finalized work.

Commission working will take 1 up to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity. But I would try to finish it as soon as possible. However, you can ask for any updates anytime.

Final and high resolution files will be provided in google drive, and will be accessible for 3 months after the completion of the artwork.

If there is a possibility when I have to pause the commission due to health issues or any other emergencies, I will let you know.

You will only have one revision throughout the process. Revision after the line art is limited to a very simple changes. So please be really detailed with your references and revisions.

Additional revision other than stated above, will be charged with extra fee.

Extra charge will also be added if you wish to change something on the final work that you have approved previously.

You will not get any extra charge for the additional revision only if it is a misunderstanding or mistake on my side.

After the full payment has been made and all the files of the artwork have been sent, the client now claims the license and rights to the commissioned artwork.

The client is allowed to:

✓ Reproducing the artwork commercially and make any profit off it.

✓ Use the artwork to promote brand or product.

✓ Display the artwork everywhere (website, social media, etc.)

The client is not allowed to:

✘ Feed the artwork to any AI machine.

✘ Sell the artwork as NFTs.

Properly crediting me as the artist is very much appreciated.

As the artist, I have the right to post the artwork on any media as a portfolio piece.
